Hot deal: 58-acre quality Ovens farm guiding at €15,000 per acre

HOT on the heels of his record-breaking €24,000 per acre sale at Knockanemore, Ovens, Macroom-based Killian Lynch of KL Auctioneers has another farm in the area to sell.

For this 58-acre farm at Ballygroman, Killumney, he’s again looking for offers in the region of, or in excess of, the €15,000 per acre which was the guide price at the Ovens auction.

The agent is prepared to sell the entire or in two lots: the first is 31.97 acres, the other is 25.97 acres. Both lots have frontage onto the Cork-Cloghduv road, although in the case of lot 1, that’s just a double gate; lot 2 has much better road frontage.
