The second lot is also a village centre site, at Borrisoleigh, Co Tipperary, and this 30-acre lot is also in one block, designated development land with the potential for 247 houses — but that’s very long term, admits McDonnell.
The property will be used for agriculture in the medium term even though it has a couple of zonings. It is on offer at €310,000 — or just over €10,000 per acre.
