€8,500 per acre for tillage land

A NON-residential farm at Ladysbridge, Co Cork, has a reasonable price of €8,500 per acre through agent Liam Foy, of Brennan and Foy, Castlemartyr.

It’s well-maintained tillage ground, he says, with 30 acres after maize and about 10 acres in pasture.

The farm is an outside holding and comprises just under 40 acres of good quality land in an easily accessible location close to Ladysbridge, Garryvoe, Ballymacoda, and the big towns of Youghal and Midleton.
