Village zoned grassland in north Cork comes on the market

SOME 41 acres of grassland within the development boundary of Banteer, Co Cork, hits the market this week for auctioneer Dan Fleming.

The land, which has a linear layout (see map, above), is described as good quality grassland by the agent, and he’s prepared to sell in lots.

The property has village zoning, and sites were sold off it in the past, he says — which could be an added attraction for buyers.
