Back on the market at more affordable price

THE last time this 50 acres (20.23 hectares) farm at Coolymurrahue hit the market it was touted at €40,000 per acre, or €2 million.

This time round it has a guide price of €14,000 per acre — the equivalent of €700,000 — with agent Matt Fallon of FML Properties.

All in one block, it is accessed via a right-of-way laneway from the main road leading through Kerry Pike village.

Laid out in pasture, it’s used for horses at present, but is good grazing ground, says Fallon, and would suit as an outlying farm or for silage or maize.

Road frontage is limited, and the laneway leads directly to the farm which is in seven divisions, and may be sold in lots.
