The property, some 30 acres with planning permission for a two-storey house, is new to the market with Ernest Forde of Hodnett Forde, who’s seeking offers in the region of €350,000 for the entire. The agent is not keen on the option to break up the land into two lots.
It has road frontage, but not a huge amount, and would be better sold in the entire, he says. The land is all in one block, bounded by a local river, and is close to Aherla village, Ballincollig, and the main Cork-Killarney road.
