PAT Kelly, the Tarbert-based auctioneer, says most of the land for sale in his area is “off-market”. So, with consistent demand for grazing for the area’s strong dairy industry, he expects strong demand for a farm he has for sale.

Kelly has set a price reserve of €940,000 for the 75-acre property situated at Meelcon, prior to auction on Wednesday, June 8. The residential farm comes with a modern, five-bed bungalow in excellent condition, he says, and the property is well laid out and easy to manage.

The house and farmyard are off the main road, and the farm is bisected by a public road, giving plenty of road frontage onto all paddocks.
