The move is for family enterprise reasons, he is very anxious to point out that the consultancy business will continue from his new address.

Agents Savills haven’t given a guide price yet for the newly-listed property, but considering its ideal location in a horsy area of Co Cork, there should be good interest. On top of that, there are the other elements in this sale.

The work part includes three offices, a canteen and other facilities as part of the house, (along with triple garage). The rest part includes decent, comfortable family accommodation.

And the play part is three acres of horse paddocks, four stables, a sand arena, and panoramic views taking in parts of Cos Waterford, Cork, Tipperary and Limerick — and all close to Conna village, one of the prettiest places in east Cork.
