22 acres, with cottage, for sale in Bandon area

A 22-ACRE parcel of land at Callatrim, Bandon, Co Cork, which includes a two-bedroom cottage, failed to sell at auction and is now for sale by private treaty.

Auctioneer Denis Barrett of Denis A Barrett Property Consultants, was seeking offers in the region of €10,000 per acre for the land and €100,000 for the little traditional cottage which sits on part of the land.

The property is two miles from Bandon and laid out in one field with a stream at its boundary.
