Auctioneer pleased with result after €500k early sale of 21-acre holding

THE early sale of a 21-acre holding at Ballysimon, Co Limerick, left Tom Crosse of GVM quite pleased with the half million euro result for the residential holding.

It follows on another swift sale the agent had before Christmas.

In both cases, the buyers are business people. The private treaty Ballysimon purchase was on behalf of a family relocating from the capital, which gives them quite a bit of land to play around with.
