Take the Leap for 30 acre farm, with old buildings

LOCATED a couple of miles outside Leap village in the heart of west Cork, this 30-acre holding includes old stone buildings and some undulating pasture land.

The farm at Cashel, Leap, has not been occupied for a long time, and the old farmhouse and buildings are in a poor state.

However, the land is generally of good quality, and may have gravel deposits, says John Hodnett of Hodnett Forde Auctioneers, who’s inviting offers of between €10,000 to €12,000 per acre.
