It includes the old stone farmhouse, a hay-shed with lean-to, lofted outhouse and old cow-shed, all of which could be brought back to life, with some effort.
Alternatively, they could be sold off at a later date to offset the cost of the land acquisition, in this high demand Leap/Glandore/Union Hall area.
