Million euro price tag for 91 acres

HAGHILL House Farm is a new market entrant this week for the Hodnett Forde Property Services partnership, and this fine south Cork pasture land should generate keen interest.

Ernest Forde is to bring the neat 91-acre farm to auction on December 3 at the Brogan Inn, Bandon. While no reserve has been disclosed, the agent expects it to make in excess of €1 million.

He’s also selling in tidy lots, so farmers with limited means may get a look-in.
