On the Gap of Dunloe, this parcel comprises 37 acres in two blocks of level, quality grazing, a mile from the village of Beaufort and six miles from Killarney.

The area has some of the best quality land in Co Kerry, says Spillane, who is seeking a stiff €18,000 per acre for the properties on offer – the equivalent of €660,000 for the entire property.
