Timoleague land prices hold steady

IF ONE were to judge by guide prices, there hasn’t been much of a drop in farmland prices in some parts of west Cork.

Auctioneer John Hodnett of Hodnett Forde is taking a 17.2-acre parcel at Grangemore, Timoleague to final offers, at the same price guide as last year.

On May 7, the property is expected to make between €15,000 and €20,000 per acre.
