Offers for remaining lots on quality farm

ONE lot of a three lot offering at Abbey Mount, Leap, sold at auction last week and agent Paddy Murray is still in negotiation on the remaining 26 acres.

Some 14 acres of the farm, which is described as being of quite good quality, has been sold at €190,000 and the remaining lots of 14 and 12 acres are under offers, but not close enough for a deal yet, the ERA Paddy Murray agent says.
