A FARM of 48 acres at Kilcow, Castleisland, Co Kerry, is offered for sale in three lots through auctioneer Brendan Mannix.

Described as top-quality agricultural land, the residential holding can be accessed from the Tralee road or the Farranfore road, the agent says, and the farm is bounded by the Knockeen-Dysart road.

The first lot comprises the farmyard (the house is excluded) and 22 acres divided into manageable paddocks and served by a central farm roadway, says Mannix.
