‘Most north-easterly land’ in Cork for sale at €250,000

The property is located mid-way between Mitchelstown and Ballyporeen, and is on the Limerick-Tipperary border, the agent says.

In three fields, Croughmore, Mitchelstown, is a 30-acre, non-residential sale of land in permanent pasture with road frontage.

The farm is being offered in lots, with two fields on one side of the main road as lot one, and the remaining field, on the opposite side, as lot two.

This portion of the property will need a bit of work, says Barry, but the land is generally good quality.

He gives a guide price of €250,000 for the entire.
