€300,000 guide for 33 acres as Dromin holding returns to market

BACK for sale by private treaty, this fine piece of ground at Curraghcloonabro, near Charleville, Co Cork, has a guide of €300,000.

According to auctioneer Donal Healy of DSL Coastal Properties, it would have made over €600,000 two years ago. The 33 acres at Dromin failed to sell at auction earlier this month. The agent attributed the poor market response to lack of bank funding.

He is open to offers on the land, which comes with road frontage on two sides.
