New-look Féile Bia has quality mark added

BORD Bia has decided to strengthen its Féile Bia programme.

A revised Feile Bia plaque at participating restaurants will incorporate the Bord Bia quality mark, which is already carried on meats for sale in shops.

The strengthened Féile Bia will be open to food-service outlets sourcing fresh, unprocessed beef, lamb, pork, bacon, chicken, duck (non-barbary) and eggs, solely from suppliers approved under Bord Bia quality schemes, or under quality assurance schemes deemed equivalent by Bord Bia.
