Two lots at recently-purchased Newcestown farm to be sold off

LAST year’s purchaser of this 127-acre farm at Farnalough, Newcestown, Co Cork — for €2.75 million — is now disposing of a portion of the property.

The house and 25.5 acres are surplus to the farmer owner’s requirements and agent Paddy Murray is offering the property for sale.

The pleasant-looking, double-fronted two-storey residence is being offered with a yard and 2.5 acres, and the remainder of the land, 23 acres, is a second lot. A road separates the lots.
