The land is good quality, says Tom Crosse, laid out in manageable divisions, well watered and fenced.
The drawback is that it has limited road frontage, and access is via a passageway — which is why it may appeal to neighbouring farmers.
There are views of the surrounding countryside, says Crosse, and the property has a number of out-offices and sheds.
