He’s selling what’s described as prime agricultural land, three miles from Kanturk in Co Cork. “It’s a lovely piece of land, divided evenly in two fields, with 12 acres apiece, and it’s high enough not to flood, but it’s not too cold, either,” the agent says.

Good quality limestone land, it has been grazed by livestock up to recently, is suitable for horses and comes with planning for a detached residence and stable yard.
