It’s an enviable record of consistency in the prestigious event which gathers qualifiers from all the earlier shows in the county for the final in Skibbereen.

Unfortunately for Cork horse breeders, the equally prestigious Cork county yearling championship was plundered at last week’s show by Co Clare exhibitor Vincent O’Callaghan of Lissycasey, Ennis. Successful exhibitors at last Thursday’s event in Skibbereen included the following.
