Land sale will benefit from bypass

SET to benefit from the Mitchelstown bypass and the new M8 motorway, this 76-acre farm at Killaclug West in north Cork has a very accessible location. It’s new to the market, with Mike Brady of the Brady Group, and is just 2.8 miles from the bypass and a short distance from the market towns of Mallow and Fermoy.

The non-residential holding is in one block and is being sold in the entire. It has farm buildings and has a livestock shed with a 70-head capacity, slurry pits and outbuildings.

An access road to the yard will have to be constructed by new owners. The land is on the market for €1m, or €14,000 per acre, which is good value for a grassland farm, says Brady.
