Make a pitch for Ernie Els’ leftovers

Golfer Ernie Els recently said his work on the Hangman’s Point course will soon proceed. Meanwhile, a 92-acre holding, with some shore frontage, is surplus to requirements (the developers have over 600 acres in total), and this part of the land bank is being sold by private treaty with a guide price close to €30,000 per acre.
