Two bite-sized parcels of prime land for sale near Midleton

TWO bite-size parcels of land are for sale in the Midleton area, through Joe McCarthy, of Irish and European.

The first is a residential land sale at Ballyannan, to the south-east of the Cork town, with an old farmhouse included in the sale.

This low, stone house could be an entry to planning permission on the land, as the location is just two miles from Midleton. It also comes with a collection of old buildings.
