UP for auction on May 13 is a fine grazing farm at Ballycornane, Clerihan near Clonmel. The property has an old, rather grand, single-storey farmhouse, and some 163 acres of prime old pasture.

Auctioneer PF Quirke describes it as immaculate, having been well husbanded over generations. It’s been let for the past number of years.

The property has a lovely old stone courtyard and the arable land is suitable for any enterprise. There’s not one inch of waste, Quirke says. The land is all in pasture and well fenced and is expected to make over €20,000 an acre at auction.
