RELAUNCHED for the early spring market, a fine farm of land at Caherduggan, Doneraile, Co Cork, offers huge potential to buyers.

That’s according to Sarah O’Keeffe of Daniel Fleming Auctioneers, who says that the property would suit equestrian buyers as the previous owner bred Beau Ranger on the farm, a second-place finisher in the Gold Cup.

The farm is suitable for grass or tillage, adds O’Keefe, and is laid out in large, easily worked divisions. It also comes with a large yard with a range of outbuildings, haybarns, 12 stables and a tack room.
