Plastics recycling demand

MORE farm plastics recycling in Ireland has been called for by Michael Slattery, chairman of the Irish Farm Films Producers Group (IFFPG), which collects used silage bale wrap and pit covers for recycling.

“Plastic recycling costs must be competitive with existing charges to ensure there are no further increase in farm plastic collection costs for farmers.”
