Mr Crosse is prepared to sell the property in lots, and the first includes the house, some old outbuildings and seven acres — for which he has a guide price of €375,000.
Lot 2 is 23.5 acres, guide priced at €25,000 per acre, which works out at €587,500. The remaining lot is a house site of 3.5 acres, guide priced at €275,000.
The overall cost is in the region of €1.23 million.
