‘Model farm’ withdrawn at €2.65m

BIDDING for an 80-acre property at Dromin, Kilmallock, last Friday opened at €1.7 million for what Maurice Stack of DNG Stack described as a model farm.

Two bidders from Limerick and one from Kerry, both farmers, took the property up to €2.4 million.

At that stage, one dropped out, and bidding went to €2.65 million, at which stage the property was withdrawn from auction.
