They are working with the Department of the Environment, Heritage and Local Government through the Department’s Notice Nature public awareness campaign.
Notice Nature is designed to raise awareness of the importance of biodiversity and encourage everyone to play their part in its protection, to halt the damage being done to plants and animals and the landscapes, waters and habitats. Biodiversity provides us with our food, clean air, fresh water and the raw materials for building. Globally, biodiversity is being lost due to development, climate change, invasive alien species, etc.
