BANDON-based auctioneers Twomey Crowley are selling a handy little investment at Clashbredane, Kilmichael.

The 62 acre farm, 2.5 miles north-west of Coppeen village, is planted with spruce.

All in one block and at the end of a cul-de-sac, the property has 14 years of forestry premia to run, bringing in an income of €10,310 per annum. Auctioneer Paddy Crowley is handling the sale.
