Ennis land auction

SHERRY FitzGerald McMahon in Ennis had a very successful auction recently of 47.23 acres located nine miles north of the town.

A large crowd gathered at the auction of the land at Killeen, Corofin, which had a guide price of €750,000.

There were two main bidders for the holding, which was withdrawn from auction at €650,000 and later sold for €775,000 to a local farmer.
