Tipperary man tops student awards

A 22-YEAR-OLD student from Co Tipperary, representing Clonakilty Agricultural College in West Cork, is the 2006 Teagasc FBD National Student of the Year.

James Breen from Lisduff, Lattin was presented with the award by Agriculture and Food Minister Mary Coughlan in Dublin yesterday.

Mr Breen completed the Level 5 Vocational Certificate in Agriculture at Kildalton College.
