Dairygold properties to let and for sale

THE letting and in some cases the possible sale of some 14 vacant Dairygold-owned properties in Cork, Limerick and Tipperary was announced yesterday.

Alchemy Properties, a Dairygold subsidiary, said the properties comprise mainly of commercial and storage buildings, many with yards.

Managing director Michael Hogan said the leasing or sale of these fourteen sites is part of the company’s overall objective to generate future income for the business and its shareholders.
