Top quality limestone land near Charleville

DONOUGHMORE, Co Cork based auctioneer John Sexton is selling a 14-acre chunk of top quality limestone land on the outskirts of Charleville.

He says it’s perfect for horses, in one block, with the walls of an old building on the property - which might expedite planning for one dwelling. He’s hoping to sell the property for about €250,000.
