New JD range most powerful rigid tractor

JOHN DEERE are so sure of the improvements in their 8030 series tractors that they put figures on them.

The new design has resulted in 10 to 20% more power, up to 5% better fuel economy, and 40% lower nitrous oxide exhaust emissions, compared with the engines they replace.

The range is topped by the 330 horse power 8530 model, with a maximum rating of 360 horse power, making it the most powerful rigid body tractor on the market, according to John Deere.
