Dillon says dairy industry in need of a task force

Dillon says dairy industry in need of a task force

He warned that the livelihoods of 10,000 dairy farmers and at least 3,000 processing workers are threatened by the CAP Reform hitting an already weak industry.

“There is no chance going forward for the dairy industry with nearly 30 processors of milk in the country. They are all over the place, crossing each other for milk and their efficiency is a disaster,” said Mr Dillon.
