Regional talks focus on CAP reform

A series of regional CAP reform information meetings by the Department of Agriculture, in association with Teagasc, will commence in Blarney, Co Cork, tonight and continue at locations nationwide until October 8.

Similar meetings will take place twice daily at the National Ploughing Championships in Ballinabrackey, Co Meath, (September 23-25).

A total of 170 submissions have been received by the department on the CAP reform.
