Markey inauguration highlight of AGM

THE Macra national AGM takes place in the Abbey Court Hotel, Nenagh on Saturday, May 7, sponsored by Arrabawn Co-op.

The inauguration of Colm Markey as the new President, and of the three new regional vice-presidents, is the AGM highlight. But there’s also the finals of the Creative Challenge Competition.

Teams from Ballymurphy, Carlow; Clonakilty, Carbery; Mountmellick, Laois; Ballylanders, Limerick; Longwood/Killyon, Meath; and Kiltealy/Ballindaggin, Wexford will make this a test of cooking, carpentry and computer skills, in the Nenagh GAA complex.
