Lots of form-filling before promised land
Within the next few weeks, Agriculture and Food Minister Mary Coughlan will issue the National Programme for the stacking of entitlements, and maps of areas declared by farmers in their 3004 Area Aid applications. Some of the last of the Provisional Statements of Entitlements are still going out to 1,000 farmers.
The most important document of al, the Single Payment application form will be forwarded in late March to all farmers with entitlements, or to other farmers who submitted an Area Aid application in respect of 2004.
