ARRABAWN, the dairy society formed from the merger of Nenagh and Mid West co-ops, declared yesterday that it is totally committed to re-developing its milk plant at Kilconnell, Co Galway.

It said it is not re-locating its milk operations at Oranmore to Nenagh following the sale of the former plant which is currently on the market.

Chief executive Jim Murphy said the society will be transferring the Oranmore operations to Kilconnell as was always planned.
