Pass tests for ‘single pay’

OBEY the rules if you want to get the Single Farm Payment; that’s the Cross Compliance message to farmers.

A cross compliance booklet will be published and issued later this year to all farmers eligible to apply for direct payments.

They will learn that there are basically two tests to pass for eligibility for the single payment scheme.
