This works out at almost €14,000 per acre, another good price for the agent having a good run of it at the moment. He recently sold 18.5 acres at Rockmount, Drimoleague, for more than €27,000 per acre.

The Johnstown is residential, with massive road frontage, he says, and can be sold in three lots of 16, 25.5 and 9.7 acres.
