IFA restructure plan dilemma for candidates

POTENTIAL election contenders for the IFA leadership at the end of the year may find themselves in difficulty, if they oppose large sections of the rank and file, by supporting proposals to reform the Association.

Candidates will have to secure agreement on the proposals, while diffusing any conflict which could damage their election support.
