Ballymacarbery land offer in lots of nine acres

THERE are already seven offers at the offices of Property Partners Tom Pollard for 44 acres to be auctioned on May 5.

The asking price for the land at Ballymacarbery, Co Waterford is E400,000, but the vendors have decided to offer it in lots of nine acres, priced at E100,000, and 36 acres, for E300,000.

The land is of excellent quality and fertility, a mile outside Ballymacarbery, with extensive road frontage.
