Stacking of entitlements open to certain farmers

CONSOLIDATION or stacking of entitlements is open to farmers with less land than was farmed in the reference years, where the farmer lost the land through CPO, or forestry, or expiry of lease, or conacre.
Stacking of entitlements open to certain farmers

For example, a farmer owns 50 ha and rents 50 ha in the reference years, which gave rise to an average overall payment of €28,000 (SFP).

In 2005 the farmer has 100 entitlements worth €280 each. In 2005 the farmer does not wish to keep renting 50 ha of land, and therefore wants to stack entitlements on the home farm.
