Farm machinery exhibition ploughs up acres of praise

MORE than 15,000 people attended the three-day Farm Machinery Show which ended on a high note at Punchestown Event Centre in Co Kildare yesterday.

Organised by the Farm Tractor and Machinery Trade Association (FTMTA) it was the first time the event was staged outside Dublin.

Trade stand holders and visitors said they were delighted with the new venue for the show, which is held every two years.
