Just five or six miles from BallyB, it's also close to the recently sold Healy farm at Knockanasig, Listowel.
That property sold two weeks ago for e2.65 million, and Abbeyfeale-based Mr Stack is expecting to see some interest from the under-bidders.
In fact he's very confident this fine farm will cause a stir, and he has set a date for auction on May 20 in the Listowel Arms Hotel, the same location as the Knockanasig sale. Mr Stack underlines that the auction will only go ahead if the farm isn't previously sold.
He describes the Ballyegan property as a model farm with some of the best North Kerry land.
Rich and level, it runs to 112 acres and comes with a healthy milk quota of 81,500 gallons, but it also has the best of modern equipment to ease the workload for dairy farmers. Close to Listowel and half a mile from the village, the farm is less than 20 miles from Tralee. It's been farmed to a very high standard, says Mr Stack, and it comes with a modern yard and two semi-detached houses ideal for a family operation.
The first is a three bedroomed bungalow and the second a two-storey extension that functions separately.
Both dwellings come in good condition, he adds, and they have landscaped gardens to the front and rear.
Access is via a post and railed driveway from the main road.
The yard is in the centre of the farm, which comes in two blocks, roughly 40 and 70 acres. On either side there are central farm roadways and the grassland is all paddocked.
The yard is comprehensively fitted, with a 100 space cubicle house with headlocks, easy feed and automatic scrapers, and a 140 head slatted shed. Included are two bull pens, calving pens, a large calf house and a silage shed, along with an open silage pit, slurry tank and underground tanks.
The milking parlour has a 14 unit Dairymaster with recording jars and automatic feeders, and a 1,800 gallon milk tank. The yard also has a range of storage and feed sheds.
