112-acre holding for May auction

AFTER a busy day spreading slurry you could be into the car and in the sea in Ballybunion within 10 minutes, says auctioneer Maurice Stack, as an encouragement to bidders for a farm at Ballyegan, Lisselton, in North Kerry.

Just five or six miles from BallyB, it's also close to the recently sold Healy farm at Knockanasig, Listowel.

That property sold two weeks ago for e2.65 million, and Abbeyfeale-based Mr Stack is expecting to see some interest from the under-bidders.
